Dear Lagoon City Racquet Club (LCRC) members,
Our president, Louise Sabino, has some good news!!! 
During a recent phone conversation, Trentwood Partners, the Asset Manager representing Timbercreek, the owners of our court property at 30 Paradise, Louise was informed that the LCRC can continue to use the courts as per the current binding exclusive use agreement, dated Sept 2024, which remains in place for our 2026 outdoor playing season.
Timberwood also confirmed that should anything change in the future, the property owner intends to maintain the Club’s involvement as an active member of the area’s Pickleball and Tennis community.
We are relieved to hear that no other agreement has been negotiated between the property owner and any other interested parties. 
Therefore, we will be installing the nets on the two tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts this week, and our 2026 outdoor playing season will resume with our Registration Day Meeting at the Lagoon City Community Centre at 10:00 am in the Birch room, on Saturday, May 9th, 2026.
Attendees will be updated on all our latest information about the operation of Racquet Sports play, tennis & pickleball, here in Lagoon City for the upcoming season.
